Shipping rates in the USA are calculated based on the total order value.
US shipping rates:

Usually, you should expect to wait between two and eight business days for your item to arrive once it has been dispatched. After two to four business days, you can expect your order to be sent.
After a day or two of your order’s shipment, you should get a tracking number through email. Once the package has been sent out, the tracking number will be made available as soon as feasible. If you entered an incorrect mailing address during checkout, you will need to start the process over. If the address you give us is wrong or unreachable, we take no responsibility.
We are unable to ship to Alaska, Hawaii, or military APO/FPO addresses at this time. In order to process your order, we need a physical street address rather than a P.O. Box number.
Because of this, we were unable to issue a tracking number for a small number of items. We will either continue looking for your package or issue a full refund if it does not arrive.
